Exchange Policy:
- Time frame: You can exchange any unworn and unused footwear within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The shoes must be in their original condition, without any scuff marks on the soles, and must include the original Starsoft packaging/box.
- Process: To request an exchange, simply WhatsApp us at +92 321 9111129 or email us at contact@starsoft.pk with your Order ID and the new size/article you want.
- Shipping for Exchange: The customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back to our facility in Karachi. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the requested exchange item.
Refund Policy:
- We offer a hassle-free refund policy if the product delivered is faulty, damaged, or entirely different from what you ordered.
- Change of mind is generally not applicable for refunds, but we gladly offer an exchange or store credit.
- Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned item.
Note: Items purchased during clearance sales or special online exclusive discounts are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for size (subject to availability).
